Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on your location. Inside Dhaka, a reasonable flat rate applies, while deliveries outside Dhaka may have adjusted charges. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.
How long will delivery take?
For customers inside Dhaka, orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, deliveries may take 2–5 working days, depending on courier services.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS. Our team then packs your items and hands them over to a trusted courier partner for delivery. You can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt will be emailed to you after purchase. You can also log into your account on our website to download past invoices.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Currently, we don’t provide dedicated gift receipts. However, you may request a special note at checkout, and we’ll make sure your package is wrapped accordingly.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return an order within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

How is the recipient reimbursed?
Refunds for eligible returns are processed through the same method used during purchase or as store credit if preferred.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. If you paid via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer), the refund will be sent to the same account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged through store credit or mobile banking after verification.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
At the moment, we only deliver within Bangladesh. International delivery is not yet available.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our support team with your order number. They will guide you through the courier return process. Remember to pack the product securely with all accessories and documentation.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes! We make sure that all product photos accurately reflect the actual items. Occasionally, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display differences, but the product remains the same.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Absolutely. Many of our popular products are restocked regularly. If an item is out of stock, simply check back in a few days or sign up for stock notifications to be updated immediately.
